Alum Lilies

I had an idea about combining lilies with a nude using the lilies both as a camouflage and a metaphor. Sally helped with this shoot.

In the end, I liked these two the best.

Glass Bra

I was approached by a burlesque dancer I know to make a bra in the style used for Theda Bara as Cleopatra in a 1917 film.  The original was in copper or brass, but the artist wanted more risk by using glass.

This was the first attempt.  Close but not exactly right.

The second version was good, but as the performance was almost immediately, I did not get shots. The following photographs were sent to me by the artist, but she failed to give me the photographer's name.
